How to Access Client Area and Submit a Ticket

 

  1. Accessing the Client Area:
  1. Open your web browser and navigate to the Hostlag website (www.hostlag.ng).
  2. Click on the "Client Login" or "Login" button located at the top right corner of the homepage.
  3. Enter your registered email address and password in the provided fields.
  4. Click on the "Login" button to access your client area.
  1. Submitting a Ticket:
  1. Click on the "Open Ticket" option (this would be located on the menu bar at the top of your client area) to initiate a new support request.
  2. Fill in the required details in the ticket submission form, including:
  • Subject: Brief description of the issue or inquiry.
  • Department: Select the appropriate department related to your request (e.g., Sales, Technical Support, Billing).
  • Priority: Choose the urgency level of your ticket (e.g., Low, Medium, High).
  • Message: Provide detailed information about your issue or inquiry, including any relevant screenshots or attachments. d. Once you have filled in all the necessary information, click on the "Submit" or "Create Ticket" button to send your request to the Hostlag support team.
  1. Monitoring Ticket Status:
  1. submitting your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique ticket ID.
  2. You can track the status of your ticket by logging into your client area and navigating to the "Support" section.
  3. Click on "My Tickets" to see a list of all your submitted tickets along with their current status (e.g., Open, In Progress, Closed).
  4. You will also receive email notifications for any updates or responses from the Hostlag support team regarding your ticket.
